The location is stunning, nestled right in the Forêt de Soignes, perfect for peaceful walks. The staff, especially in the restaurant, delivered great service, making our dining experience enjoyable. Breakfast featured a variety of fresh options, though I waited quite a while for the omelette station during busy times. The room was spacious and clean but showed signs of wear that could use some updating. The spa facilities were nice, yet the pool felt a bit cold for relaxing swims. having limited access to the spa was a downside. Some of the furnishings in the room seemed tired, highlighting the need for refurbishments to elevate the overall experience. Despite some hiccups, we had a pleasant stay.

The pool area lacks adequate heating, leading to discomfort among guests who were hoping for a refreshing swim. Infrastructure feels institutional, reminiscent of a conference center rather than a hotel, with plenty of hallways that create a somewhat disjointed atmosphere. the dining options are limited. the menu resembles that of a cafeteria rather than a true dining experience, leading to a less-than-ideal meal for those expecting something more refined. Some guests also reported mechanical issues in their rooms, like a broken heating system, and dealing with maintenance was not as prompt as expected. The breakfast setup appears more suited to groups rather than individual travelers, making it cumbersome for those looking for a more relaxed morning routine.

We enjoyed the spa, had a great massage, very relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet was loaded with options, even had a live cooking station!
It wasn’t cheap, but you pay for the location and services which are nice.

We loved the cozy decor in our room and enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread with fresh pastries. The indoor pool and spa lounge were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the drink service at the bar could be a bit slow, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

Great Spa and Excellent Breakfast Choices
I had a splendid time with my family during our three-night stay in the Executive Double Room with Sofa Bed. The breakfast was truly a highlight, offering a rich variety of fresh options that set us up for the day. My kids loved the spa facilities, especially the indoor pool, although I wish the access was for longer than just 30 minutes per day. Just a heads up, the dining prices felt a bit steep for what was offered.
